Microsoft 365 licensing

Microsoft 365 licences quoted, provisioned into your own tenant and invoiced by us, sourced through Sherweb's Microsoft CSP programme.

at a glance
How it works

You tell us who needs what → we quote from the Microsoft CSP price list, via Sherweb
You accept a reseller request → a standard Microsoft partner relationship; the tenant stays yours
Licences are provisioned → into your own Microsoft 365 tenant, ready to assign

Tenant ownership yours, always
Admin access none by default; granted by you, scoped and revocable
Billing invoiced by Tophhie Cloud Ltd
Distributor Sherweb, a Microsoft indirect provider

Tophhie Cloud is a Microsoft 365 reseller. We buy through Sherweb, a Microsoft indirect provider in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme, and supply the licences to you: quoted, provisioned into your tenant, and invoiced by us.

Most small organisations we talk to are either paying for plans nobody fully uses, or holding licences from three different places with three different renewal dates. Tell us who needs what and we will quote something that fits, then keep it tidy as the team changes.

Nothing about your tenant changes hands. Accepting our reseller relationship lets us manage the subscriptions we supply and nothing else. Any admin access beyond that is something you grant separately, scoped to what is needed and revocable at any time.

We are not trying to be the cheapest line on a comparison site. What you get is licensing from a company that already builds on Microsoft 365, answers its own email, and will tell you plainly when a cheaper plan would do.

Tell us roughly how many people you have and what they do, and we will come back with a quote. There is a Microsoft 365 option on the contact form for exactly this.

What you get

How we do it

Provisioned into your tenant

Licences land in your own Microsoft 365 tenant. You keep ownership, Global Admin and your data, whoever you buy from next.

The Microsoft 365 catalogue

Business and Enterprise plans, standalone workloads such as Exchange Online, and add-ons such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, sourced through Sherweb's Microsoft CSP programme.

Right-sized, not oversold

We ask what people actually do before we quote, so nobody sits on E5 for one feature they could have had as an add-on.

One UK supplier

Invoiced by Tophhie Cloud Ltd, a registered UK company, alongside anything else you have with us. One relationship, one email address that replies.

Changes handled for you

New starter, leaver, or a plan that no longer fits: tell us and we make the subscription change, and we will be straight with you about what Microsoft's commitment terms allow.

From people who build on Microsoft 365

Sigil, our signature product, lives inside Outlook and reads from Microsoft Graph. The people quoting your licences know what the plans actually unlock.
